I called castle electrics at 2pm on Thursday afternoon they arranged to come out to have a look on Friday morning the engineer was very helpful and brought the part that he thought he needed the washing machine was repaired and was very cheaply priced

We rang on 2 January and the engineer was here early in the afternoon of the 3rd, to mend our automatic washer. He was rapid, efficient and cheery, and the charge was very reasonable! And he cleaned the machine thoroughly including the selector dial face, which we’ve never managed to get at. The person who took our call was also helpful and friendly, and guessed correctly what the fault proved to be. The machine is now working like new.
